Based on an investigation, Amazon determined that several unauthorized resellers were selling on Amazon counterfeit Pure Encapsulations® O.N.E.™ Multivitamin 60’s (ONE6) and Magnesium Glycinate 180’s (MG1) products.
Amazon has quarantined any remaining inventory, notified impacted customers, issued refunds, and instructed customers to destroy the product.

What is the lot number of the counterfeit product?
The counterfeiters have copied lot and expirations from authentic product. Please note, counterfeit product was only sold by the sellers mentioned above.

How can I be sure whether the product I purchased is counterfeit?
If you purchased a ONE6 or MG1 product from one of the sellers mentioned above, it is likely counterfeit.
The name of the seller can be found by signing into Amazon and selecting “Your Account”, then “Orders”. Select “View Order Details” from the order number of your purchase, and the following screen will provide “sold by” and the seller name.
How can I make sure to purchase authentic Pure Encapsulations® product from authorized resellers?
Pure Encapsulations® has only one (1) authorized reseller on AMAZON – “Pattern”. Before purchasing a Pure product on Amazon.com, ensure that “Pattern” is selected as the “Sold by” option as shown in the example below. You can also confidently purchase from Pattern through its Amazon storefront at: Pattern @ Amazon.com

How do I know this product is safe? What have I been taking?
Pure Encapsulations® cannot make any representations as to the quality, safety, or accuracy of the label declarations or product claims of counterfeit product because counterfeit product is not manufactured by Pure Encapsulations®. We do not have visibility to its ingredient suppliers or the manufacturing processes and logistics. It is important that when purchasing Pure Encapsulations® product on Amazon, you only purchase from the authorized reseller, “Pattern,” so that you could rely on the quality and safety you’ve grown to trust.
Is this product a risk to my health?
The health risk is unknown. We do not have information on the product ingredients and the source suppliers. We advise you to immediately discontinue its use and discard the counterfeit product.
Can you test the counterfeit product to tell me if the product is safe?
We do not conduct product testing to validate the safety of counterfeit product because the source(s) of the ingredients are unknown and there could be countless substances to test to ensure product safety. We also cannot be sure whether the particular counterfeit product we test has the same ingredient compounds and excipients in the product purchased. Any suspicious offers of the products being sold on those platforms are reported to the respective platform and investigated to ensure the product integrity and authenticity.
How can I get a replacement?
Once you have received a refund from Amazon, please purchase a replacement bottle on Amazon through Pattern. Pattern is the only Pure Encapsulations® authorized reseller on Amazon. Any product purchased through them is authentic product.
