From late-July through early-August 2026, Pure Encapsulations identified four unauthorized resellers offering our products through Amazon.com. After conducting a thorough investigation, we have determined that the products being sold by these unauthorized resellers are counterfeit products.
We have notified Amazon of counterfeit activity and all sellers have been removed.

What is the lot number of the counterfeit product?
The ONE6 counterfeit product does not contain a lot number on the package. We were not able to obtain a sample of the ONE1 product before it was removed, but it may not contain a lot number as well.
How can I tell if my product is counterfeit?
If you purchased a ONE6 or ONE1 product from one of the sellers mentioned above, it is likely counterfeit. We are working with Amazon to notify buyers who purchased an affected product and issue refunds.
The name of the seller can be found by signing into Amazon and selecting “Your Account”, then “Orders”. Select “View Order Details” from the order number of your purchase, and the following screen will provide “sold by” and the seller name.
Is this product a risk to my health?
At this time, the health risk is unknown, and therefore, we do not recommend ingesting the products.
Should I keep taking this product?
No. Please discontinue use of the counterfeit product immediately.
What measures are being taken to prevent/detect counterfeit products?
Pure Encapsulations actively monitors Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com and other 3rd party seller websites for any offers of Pure Encapsulations products by unauthorized resellers. Any suspicious offers are investigated to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the products being sold on those platforms.
How can I get a refund and/or replacement
Amazon will automatically be issuing refunds to anyone that purchased a counterfeit product from one of the unauthorized resellers, and you will receive an email communication from Amazon confirming the refund.
Once you have received a refund from Amazon, please purchase a replacement bottle on Amazon through Pattern. Pattern is the only Pure Encapsulations authorized reseller on Amazon. Any product purchased through them is genuine.
