Suggested Use

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is one molecule known for the role it plays in stimulating natural detoxification enzymes, including cytochrome P450 and modulating estrogen metabolism via low estrogenic 2-hydroxyestrone (2-OHE) and the high estrogenic 16α-hydroxyesterone (16-OHE1).1-2 DIM is a natural component derived from indole-3-carbinole and cruciferous vegetables; however, DIM is highly insoluble and poorly absorbed by the human body and requires an effective delivery system.4 Liposome and emulsion technology utilizes tiny spherical liposomes as an enhanced delivery system. This liquid offers small-sized, spherical, highly-stable liposomes promoting absorption directly across mucus membranes including in the mouth, limiting degradation in the stomach for subsequent cellular uptake.3,5‡
