In this webinar, Board Certified Nutrition Specialist Amy Doyle will identify the different hormone patterns associated with PMS and review the interactions between the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal-Thyroid and Gonadal axes. A multi-modal approach that includes dietary and lifestyle interventions and the beneficial use of targeted nutritional supplements to address PMS will be presented.
